A lovely little cottage, clean and nicely furnished, in a really peaceful location. The hot tub was a great additionand the walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was super comfortableand the only noise in the morning is the sound of birds singing. The bathroom sink was a bit small, which made teeth brushing a tad tricky without soaking the floor. It's very close to Richmond, a charming market town with some nice little walks and interesting sitesand not far to Barnard Castle!

We chose this room because we thought the hot tub would be more private. It turns out it is exclusively ours during the stay, but it's quite open and people can stroll by. Another thing is the wet room shower. If you pick this room, definitely take two pairs of sliders! After you shower and dry off, if you need to pop to the loo, the floor stays wet for ages, so you have to walk back through the wet room to reach it. Such a lovely place with stunning views. We'd go again, but we'd choose a different room next time.
