Lovely cottage, very clean and well equipped, treats were a lovely touch. Loved the hot tub but cover needs replacing as difficult to put back on after use as not attached to bar. Superking sized bed was a bonus but high in middle so not as comfy as it could have been. Location very central to visit villages and tourist attractions. Local pub very handy and friendly owners, ate there several times. Bedale a few miles away has a few pubs, nice gift shops and several good takeaways.

Fantastic would definitely return. Facilities great. Comfy beds and great hot tub. So peaceful

We had a lovely stay at King's cottage. Very clean on first look but was quite a few cobwebs around all the windows. The hot tub was lovely but we could only seem to get half of it bubbling at once and also wasn't very private as there was a low wall which anyone from the other cottages could walk past. The location was fantastic, close to Northallerton and just an hour from Whitby but the parking needs to be explained better. It was on a VERY sharp corner of a busy road and very awkward to get in and out. The space is really not made for 2 cars for 2 cottages. We had a really lovely breakfast in the north end cafe in Bedale. Highly recommended for a breakfast and only a couple of miles down the road.

Kings Cottage was the perfect base for a long weekend to explore the Dales. We loved the idyllic location, good size property which was very comfortable and clean. The hotub got lots of use and it was great to have the choice of 2 playgrounds nearby for our child. The welcome pack was a nice touch too!

A lovely homely cottage tucked away from the main road, which made it feel private. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a cosy and relaxed stay. The hot tub is large and easily fits 4 people. It is in a lovely sunny aspect of the garden, which is also very pretty and well kept. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our 7th time at King's Cottage, our yearly tradition! We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here, the location is perfect for visiting many areas of the Yorkshire dales and surrounding areas! The property is well maintained and the hot tub is always great!

This is a Beautiful cottage, in a lovely little village . Its warm and cosy with added bonus of a fabulous hot tub. We would definitely stay here again , only 1 little negative comment would be more bowls , cutlery would be great but its not a deal breaker . We had a fabulous weekend here and would certainly recommend this beautiful place.

My daughter & I absolutely loved Kings cottage. We just cannot fault it. We stayed for 4 nights and didnt want to go home. It was so cosy, homely, warm & comfortable. The beds were so comfortable too. The location was perfect for us. We loved going out walking in the daytime & coming home to the lovely hot tub in the evenings. Lovely 3 night stay, especially with the hot tub. Thankful for the bread, milk, butter and bacon. Cottage is a little run down and missing little essentials, like wine glasses, and also the kindsize bed needs a make over, the mattress is very dipped!

The cottage is a wonderful home from home. We really enjoyed our break and appreciated the welcome goodies and the fact that the hot tub was so clean and welcoming. It's worth noting that the dining table is raised with bar stools as the only dining seating option, so this might not be suitable for everyone.
