The private hot tub in the enclosed garden was perfect after long walks. Great for evening stargazing with a glass of wine.
With six bedrooms across three floors, everyone had their own space. The multiple bathrooms meant no morning queues.
The Angel pub just steps away was brilliant. Friendly locals welcomed us and they even cook wood-fired pizzas!
The top floor bedroom with free-standing bath was fought over! Wet rooms and quality fixtures throughout made mornings special.
The lounge with open fire and underfloor heating kept us warm. Perfect for board games and evening drinks.
The AGA-style oven was great for cooking big meals. Plenty of space in the kitchen/diner for everyone to help.

To reach Willow House by car, take the A1(M) to Richmond and follow signs for the small hamlet where the property is located. The house is easily accessible and you'll have ample off-road parking for four cars upon arrival.
For those traveling by rail, the nearest station is Darlington, about 12 miles from the property. From there, you'll need to take a taxi to complete your journey to the Yorkshire hamlet.
