Absolutely gorgeous barn! Located perfectly within 20 minutes drive of a beautiful coastline and surrounded by amazing broke path walks. The accommodation is beautifully done, to a high standard with well thought out indoor and outdoor spaces that provide privacy and seating areas to enjoy. Our children adored the fields for playing cricket and football, the hot tub was well kept with lovely colleagues that maintained it and spoke with us each morning. We will definitely return and couldnt recommend enough. It is rare to find such a well stocked kitchen with an array of trays. larger bowls, range of glasses that match and crockery sounds simple but it is difficult to find!

A beautiful place for a family stay We had a really lovely stay at Partridge Place. We travelled all the way from Latvia for our family wedding and were looking for somewhere that would give us a real taste of the beautiful English countryside and this place was absolutely perfect. The property is beautiful, peaceful and full of character, and it was wonderful having our family all together in such a lovely setting. Everyone really enjoyed the stay, and we would definitely consider coming back again in the future. Just a few small things we noticed, which I hope are helpful for the owners rather than complaints. There were quite a lot of spider webs on the ceilings in the last downstairs bedroom, so perhaps that room could use a little extra attention when cleaning. The lock on the downstairs bathroom kept coming off, so that may need securing. Also, two or three of the small lights in the living room were flashing and probably need replacing. None of these little things affected our overall experience, but I thought it was worth mentioning them so they can hopefully be sorted for future guests. Thank you for giving us such a lovely place to stay during such a special family occasion. We really enjoyed our time here and would be very happy to return.

Beautiful holiday home. Great location and very peaceful break away. Beds really comfortable and spotless bedding and towels. Our only criticism and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is the sofas in the living room area need replacing. Other than that it was a perfect visit.

What an excellent find Partridge Place was! We came as a family with our elderly parents and it was perfect in term of disabled access plus having 2 downstairs bedrooms, it suited our parents needs perfectly. The attention to detail at the barn made for a very memorable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes, utensils, glasses and crockery if you want to do proper cooking whilst youre there. The communal lounge, diner and kitchen is perfect for keeping everyone together and very social. The hot tub was also a great addition to the property. It was prepared and heated on arrival and was screened off for privacy. The area around the barn has stunning countryside views, walks on the door step plus a bonus of having the seaside town of Hornsea or Withersea both just short drive away. Lastly a fabulous pub The Stags Head Inn was less than half a mile away and served great value and tasty food.

Partridge Place is a stunning property with lots of quirky little touches. There is amble room for all 8 guests. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed a few good nights rest! We also walked to the local pub and enjoyed the food and drinks on offer. We will definitely be returning.

Couldn't find any. 1st bedroom at the top of the landing, me personally didn't find the bed comfortable at all but someone else might like it. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to stay. The barn was extremely well equipped and beautifully located on a farm with nearby local amenities and pub just a 510 minute walk away, that serves great food and was very welcoming. It was was lovely for us eight, and the only negative would be the cookingpreparation space which is small if you are cooking from scratch or nearly. This is adequate if you were just heating up or eating takeaways.

The property was finished to an extremely high standard and the quality of the finish was consistent inside and outside we loved the prints The property was clean, warm and very well equipped. Our only niggles were minor for example no recycling facilities onsite or nearby, the WiFi speed was slow when all the properties were occupied and there was nowhere to put your shower gel down in the shower I said they were minor! Friendly emails from the owner and a cakedecanter on arrival we would highly recommend this property to others, it's one of the nicest we've stopped in and we hope to return!

Had an amazing week here over half term, tucked away in a quiet country road with plenty of places to visit nearby, approximately 2030 minutes to the coast. Well equipped house with a lovely bright roomy feel to it. Tasteful decor. Lovely hot tub to enjoy after a day out exploring too. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, we were met with a beautiful home made Victoria sponge upon arrival. Takeaways nearby deliver too and plenty of kitchen utensils to cook a home cooked meal. We spent a week at Partridge Place and loved every minute. Spotlessly clean, spacious, immaculately designed and wellfurnished. The hot tub was amazing, and theres plenty of outside space for the kids to play in. The welcome cake was delicious too thank you. Location was good 15 minutes from beaches we visited Withernsea, which was lovely, half a mile from a great pub, and around 20 minutes from Hull city centre. The only improvement we can suggest would be the addition of a fencedoff area to let dogs safely play in if theyre not good off their lead. Wed heartily recommend Staying at Partridge Place or any of the other three barns all looked equally great. We really didnt want to leave
