A lovely cottage in a lovely area, very quiet, remote and peaceful. Spotlessly clean accommodation, really good size for the price, super comfy beds, a nice shower and bathroom, kitchen had everything needed, good WiFi, comfy sitting room it was perfect for our short stay and I would highly recommend. The owner Elaine even left us a homebaked cake and homemade jam, milk, tea, coffee etc which was a lovely touch. Owners communication was perfect and we had no issues finding or accessing the property. Big thank you to the owners

This is an amazing and beautiful home better than some hotels. The owners were so friendly and helpful and bakwd a gorgeous lemon drizzle cake for us. Nothing was too much bother but they left us alone so it was very private and MASSIVE. The hot tub was so relaxing in fact there was nothing we could fault.

Stable cottage is probably the best equipped self catering holiday home we have ever stayed in. From our arrival to our departure we were comfortable. The beds were very comfortable the venue was lovely and peaceful and we were blessed with good weather the whole week. Matthew was very helpful to us with two small problems we had. The sunken lawn and the garden are lovely, and the lemon drizzle cake delicious. Would we book again? Very possibly. Thank you for allowing us into your cottage for the week.

Lovely cottage, lots of little extras provided like milk, washing up liquid, tea towels, hand soaps, shower gel etc. We ate out at the Falcon Inn a couple of times Sunday lunch is really good and its just a short walk through the village. Beverley races is a nice day out and Hornsea is a short drive away with plenty of little shops and cafes. We had a lovely relaxing week here which is what we needed and wanted.

The cottage is excellent and great location the garden is perfect for our little dog and what a treat the hot tub is. Having two outside eating areas is ideal for morning and evening eating we enjoying so much this is our second time at cottage and we have booked to come back a third time. The hosts Elaine and Matthew are fantastic people and great to talk to.The parking area would greatly benefit from a car port as every morning you have to clean your windscreen or cover it due to being under a tree and birds but still won't stop from coming back next year.
