Lovely cottage, lots of little extras provided like milk, washing up liquid, tea towels, hand soaps, shower gel etc. We ate out at the Falcon Inn a couple of times Sunday lunch is really good and its just a short walk through the village. Beverley races is a nice day out and Hornsea is a short drive away with plenty of little shops and cafes. We had a lovely relaxing week here which is what we needed and wanted.

Our second visit to stable cottage. Perfect stay. beds comfortable, cottage warm and welcoming, clean and good power shower. Fantastic enclosed large garden perfect for dog with bonus of hot tub which was used every day. Peaceful and quiet, the only sound bird song. Superb dog walking area immediately outside miles of open fields. Near to Hornsea for the beach. Lovely hosts who are very unobtrusive and bake gorgeous lemon drizzle cake.

We had a lovely week at stable cottage, safe courtyard for our little dog and set in a great village with easy access to the coast. Nice and friendly owners who weren't obtrusive but were just a text message away if needed. Pity the weather wasn't kind to us but we made the best of it. Many thanks for a nice week away.

The cottage is excellent and great location the garden is perfect for our little dog and what a treat the hot tub is. Having two outside eating areas is ideal for morning and evening eating we enjoying so much this is our second time at cottage and we have booked to come back a third time. The hosts Elaine and Matthew are fantastic people and great to talk to.The parking area would greatly benefit from a car port as every morning you have to clean your windscreen or cover it due to being under a tree and birds but still won't stop from coming back next year.

Great property. Being very very pedantic and it being a 1st world problem, the Netflix signal wasn't great and sometimes we had to watch normal TV!!! But this is I stress a very minor issue and didn't detract from the stay. The hot tub is great, however the mounting for it is a bit dodgy esp. in wind. Again, not a lot the owners can do on this due to the shape of the hot tub. We were able to leave the hot tub lid down and only 2 of us were able to sit in there with no issues so again not a real issue. Cleanliness was brilliant and for the 1st time, I can remember, all the beds and furniture was very comfy and a pleasure to sitlie in. Pity about the weather as the courtyard looks brilliant and would love to see what this is like in the summer months!!
