Sunnyridge is a single-storey private bungalow on the edge of the Howardian Hills near Easingwold in North Yorkshire. Far-reaching countryside views surround the property and a spacious wrap-around garden gives you plenty of room to spread out. The bungalow joined the collection in 2022 and sits just 2.5 miles from Easingwold town centre.

The area is perfect for walkers and cyclists. Sunnyridge sits directly on the Route 65 cycle route with off-road biking and walking at Sutton Bank and Dalby Forest nearby. York is easily reachable and the market towns of Northallerton, Malton and Thirsk are all within reach.

The bungalow sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: one king-size, one double and one twin. Two bathrooms include a wet room off the utility room and a bathroom with shower over bath. Increased accessibility throughout with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has a range-style gas hob, electric oven and American-style fridge-freezer.

Castle Howard (8 miles, 15 mins), York city walls (14 miles, 25 mins), Brimham Rocks (18 miles, 30 mins) and Sutton Bank National Park Centre (12 miles, 20 mins) are all excellent days out.

The wood-fired hot tub is a real highlight. Sunnyridge suits families, couples and anyone wanting a quiet base with great access to Yorkshire's best spots.
