The bungalow sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: one king-size, one double and one twin. Two bathrooms include a wet room off the utility room and a bathroom with shower over bath. Increased accessibility throughout with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has a range-style gas hob, electric oven and American-style fridge-freezer.

Castle Howard (8 miles, 15 mins), York city walls (14 miles, 25 mins), Brimham Rocks (18 miles, 30 mins) and Sutton Bank National Park Centre (12 miles, 20 mins) are all excellent days out.
