The private yet central location of the lodge means you can escape to a quiet, relaxing coastal getaway after a day of exploring the bustling seaside resorts nearby. Capture the far-reaching landscape from the large glass balcony or take in the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the cosy first floor lounge. Tenby, one of Wales' most scenic seaside towns, well known for its 13th-century town walls and streets of brightly coloured houses, is just 2 miles from the property. Once there, the golden beaches and turquoise waters of Tenby's North Beach, Castle Beach and South Beach are all within waking distance of each other as well as the quaint harbour beside Castle Hill and cobbled streets lined with great pubs, independent shops and local cafes. Take a boat trip out to the Caldey Island and experience its tranquillity and peace with the island residents, The Cistercian monks of Caldey, and look out for the local wildlife such as grey seals and puffins. Ground Floor - Hallway: Storage for coats, bags and shoes. - Kitchen/Dining Area: Large open plan kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, Russell Hobbs coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. The dining area features a large table with built-in corner seating for up to 6/7 people, TV and beautiful countryside views. - Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with bedside cabinets, dressing table, mirrors, wardrobe and chest of drawers. - Bedroom 2: King bedroom with bedside cabinets, dressing table, mirrors, wardrobe and chest of drawers. - Bathroom: Bath, enclosed shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and mirror. Upstairs - Lounge: Three large sofas, two additional chairs, coffee table and large TV. - Bedroom 3: King bedroom, bedside cabinets, dressing table, mirrors, clothes rail, chest of drawers and Juliette balcony. - En suite: Large shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and mirror. - Garden - Utility Room: External utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, wash basin, table top freezer and bike storage. - Balcony with garden furniture and wonderful views across the countryside. - Enclosed decking with veranda. - Large enclosed patio with outdoor dining furniture. Additional Information - Heating and electricity: Included. - Bed linen, hand and bath towels: Provided. - High-chair: Available on request, children’s stair gates are now fitted top and bottom of the stairs - Hairdryers: 3 provided. - Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property. - No smoking inside the property please. - Water: Mains water supply - Parking: Access to the property is very steep, this leads to the private parking available for up to 3 or 4 cars. - Please Note: The steep gravel slope to the property has been replaced with concrete for easy access to the Lodge.
