What a fantastic little place, an ideal getaway and would highly recommend it. We will defiantly be back. We were really surprised at the size of the cottage inside as from the front it looks small.Open the front door and it leads you into a small galley kitchen with all kitchen amenities, then into the living room which was of an ideal size, open the bi-folding doors and your outside to the hot tube in a private secluded area. Go upstairs to the open plan mezzanine floor area and your greeted with a double bed, toilet and bathroom area and finally a shower cubical. The way the upstairs has been though out with it's features and the old style copper rolltop bath is clever. After a day of walking and exploring and you don't want to cook when you get back to the cottage then the pub is 50 yards along the road which was ideal.

Lovely, quirky cottage. Took my daughter for a few nights away to explore the local sights. The cottage, albeit small, had everything we needed, and the hot tub was perfect to relax in after a lot of walking. The bed was very comfortable, in fact I haven’t slept so well in months. The only negative was the lock on the front door was very difficult, and it took many attempts to lock/unlock. Having arthritis in my hands made this extra difficult. The nearby pub does great meals and the ice cream parlour does great breakfasts as well as gorgeous ice creams. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely cottage- only downside was WiFi connectivity but with location understandable. Would definitely recommend and the Pub 2 doors down was superb.
