Partridge Place is a stunning barn conversion in East Yorkshire that'll knock your socks off. This spacious four-bedroom retreat sits in the peaceful countryside near Burton Pidsea, offering spectacular rural views and plenty of room for eight guests. The perfect spot for families or friends looking to escape the rat race without sacrificing modern comforts.

The property sits in the unspoilt East Riding countryside, just 4.2 miles from Burton Pidsea. You're perfectly placed to explore everything Yorkshire has to offer. Cycle trails and footpaths crisscross the area and the coast is just a short drive away. After a day of exploring, you can sink into the hot tub with a favourite drink. Go on, you deserve it!

The accommodation features four bedrooms - two king-size rooms upstairs (both with en-suite shower rooms), plus one ground-floor king-size and one ground-floor double. There's also a ground-floor shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Everything's powered by solar panels and ground-source heating - saving the planet while you relax!

Visit Burton Constable Hall (15 minutes), explore Hull's museums and aquarium (25 minutes), or head to Spurn National Nature Reserve for birdwatching (30 minutes). The beautiful beaches of the Yorkshire coast are within easy reach too - perfect for sandy walks and ice cream stops.

Could provide a simple instruction on how to use the cooker. Couldn't find any. 1st bedroom at the top of the landing, me personally didn't find the bed comfortable at all but someone else might like it. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to stay. We had a lovely weekend stay with friends in Partridge Place barn. Couldnt fault the cleanliness, space, and lovely decor. The barn was extremely well equipped and beautifully located on a farm with nearby local amenities and pub just a 510 minute walk away, that serves great food and was very welcoming. It was was lovely for us eight, and the only negative would be the cookingpreparation space which is small if you are cooking from scratch or nearly. This is adequate if you were just heating up or eating takeaways.

The property was finished to an extremely high standard and the quality of the finish was consistent inside and outside we loved the prints The property was clean, warm and very well equipped. Our only niggles were minor for example no recycling facilities onsite or nearby, the WiFi speed was slow when all the properties were occupied and there was nowhere to put your shower gel down in the shower I said they were minor! Friendly emails from the owner and a cakedecanter on arrival we would highly recommend this property to others, it's one of the nicest we've stopped in and we hope to return!

My 3rd time at lelley barns and my second time staying in partridge place and it will not be my last. It is just as immaculate now as it was then. the interior and decor is stunning, it feels expensive . everywhere is spotlessly clean and shiny. The place has everything you need for your stay throughout. The beds are more than comfortable and again it?s pure luxury. It?s somewhere i could easily live! Quiet stunning location and the pub down the road is a must visit at least once. We stayed on a couples weekend for my partners birthday ans when the rest of the party returned home, my sister brought over my son to stay the night and we had the most chilled out day and night. The living area is comfy with the tele having access to everything and a few dips in the hot tub under the stars made it special. I already cannot wait to book to return. Thank you Again Charlie.

Had an amazing week here over half term, tucked away in a quiet country road with plenty of places to visit nearby, approximately 2030 minutes to the coast. Well equipped house with a lovely bright roomy feel to it. Tasteful decor. Lovely hot tub to enjoy after a day out exploring too. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, we were met with a beautiful home made Victoria sponge upon arrival. Takeaways nearby deliver too and plenty of kitchen utensils to cook a home cooked meal. We spent a week at Partridge Place and loved every minute. Spotlessly clean, spacious, immaculately designed and wellfurnished. The hot tub was amazing, and theres plenty of outside space for the kids to play in. The welcome cake was delicious too thank you. Location was good 15 minutes from beaches we visited Withernsea, which was lovely, half a mile from a great pub, and around 20 minutes from Hull city centre. The only improvement we can suggest would be the addition of a fencedoff area to let dogs safely play in if theyre not good off their lead. Wed heartily recommend Staying at Partridge Place or any of the other three barns all looked equally great. We really didnt want to leave

Absolutely wonderful property, we all had a great time. one tiny negative, please state that you can't use the hot tub on your last morning, we'd promised the kids one last early dip at 8am but it had already been emptied. if we'd have known it wouldn't have been an issue. lovely place hope to stay again thank you
