Joes Barn Reviews

Emma Carter
We spent a fantastic week celebrating our parents' 70th birthdays. Joe's Barn was just right for our group of five plus two dogs - the utility area was great for the pups. The kitchen really was the heart of the place, especially the island and soft lighting. The hot tub was a real highlight. We're definitely planning to come back soon!
Emma
This place is fantastic! The garden is fully enclosed, so the dogs are safeand the peaceful location is close to many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Emma
Lovely spot for family trips, peaceful and perfect for exploring local attractions easily.
Alex Turner
We really enjoyed our stay at Joes Barn. There was plenty of space for everyone, including the dogs, which was great. The location is peaceful and perfect for exploring some lovely walking spots nearby. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! The house is well equipped, but we did find a few basics missing like an electric kettle and enough mugs. It's a lovely place, but a bit of TLC could make it even better. We might return, but only if some updates are made.
James
Beautiful spot, very quiet and relaxing overall.
Emma Clarke
We had a lovely stay at Joes Barn! The hot tub was a real highlight and perfect for relaxing after days out. The location is fantastic, with plenty of towns and attractions within 20 minutes' drive. The place was spotless, beds comfyand the amenities suited our group of six really well. Only thing was the sofas are a bit low and lack lumbar support, but overall, a great spot. Our pups loved the garden, though they did manage to jump the wall once!
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. The location is perfect for exploring local attractions like Druids Temple and the Himalayan Gardens-both well worth a visit. The garden is gorgeousand the hot tub was spotlessly clean, with towels provided, which was a nice touch. The bedrooms are spacious and airy, though we found the master mattress a bit firm. The kitchen is well-equipped, but could do with some updating as it looks a little worn. Overall, a charming place with great amenities!
Rachel
Lovely spot, easy to get to the Dales, really enjoyed our stay.
Oliver
We had a fantastic time at these lovely barn conversions. The setting is just stunning, really peaceful and perfect for a chill-out. The barn itself was super cosy and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The hot tub was such a bonus, enjoyed by both the teenagers and us adults. Great location for visiting Harrogate, Skiptonand Patley Bridge. We'll definitely be back!

We loved the cosy cottage, perfect for a quiet getaway. The hot tub was a real treat after long walks in the area. The village shop had everything we neededand the pub was just a short stroll away. Definitely planning to return!
Harriet
We stayed at this lovely barn and really enjoyed our time. The underfloor heating was a lifesaver since it was quite chilly during our visit. There's plenty of space for everyone and loads of cupboards and gear, which made things easy. The location is perfect for walking in Nidderdale-no need to drive, as we did a few routes straight from the door. We dined at the local pub one night, which was quite niceand explored Pateley Bridge, a charming spot. Definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat!
Alex
The house was lovelyand the views were stunning. We did find a few essentials missing like salt, pepper, sugarand cooking oil, so we had to stop at the shop first. The hot tub and heating didn't work perfectly at first, but overall, we enjoyed our stay!
Emma
Really enjoyed the house, it's lovely and cosy. The welcome basket was a nice touch, but missing basics like salt and pepper. Easy to explore locally.
