Lovely cabin, that was obviously finished to a very high standard when new but could do with just a little refresh, the chairs in the living room are well worn and the kitchen units, plastic covers a little loose in places. That said we had a lovely relaxing week. The hot tub was hit and the location excellent for exploring the surrounding area. The site was very peaceful and the staff at Blackwell Ox pub very welcoming on arrival. We would love to return and look forward to trying one of the other lodges in future.

Lodge as described. Sofa a little tired and not a relaxing item to unwind or watch tv on. Otherwise excellent for the price. Pub 200 yards away offers good Thai food but be careful with portion sizes as we had to get a carry out there was so much!!

Incredible little lodge in a brilliant, central location to York, Whitby and North York Moors. We had a fab stay with two little children, who adored the hot tub and park and the grown ups loved the pub, which is a lovely little find but gets busy so book ahead!

We have been to the lodge before and knew what the standard of the lodge and surroundings would be. We were not disappointed. The pub was also very good as usual and the only problem we had was the fluctuating costs on the website. The weekly costs seemed to have increased significantly from last year and we had to wait for a special offer to get the price we wanted.

They lodge was lovely no bad comments at all thankyou .

Such a beautiful lodge. We enjoyed our stay so much over the Xmas we immediately booked for next Xmas. Iv noticed the other lodges have 2 comfortable sofas where as Endevor only has 1 and 2 chairs. Would be so much more comfortable with 2 sofas like all the other lodges. The lodge has everything you need and is immaculately clean. We got a Thai take out from the onsite pub it was delicious. Cant wait to return
