Could have been cleaner, inside bin was dirty, oven needs cleaning, cutlery, plates and glasses needed cleaning, could do with new cleaning product such as mop and brush, overall really enjoyed our stay, slept well, bed very comfotable, had use of the cot which came in very handy and spacious for my baby, kids had fun, hotub working as it should, very relaxing and quiet, there wasn't very much too do around the area or close by but enjoyed our stay

Feedback for the stay Overall location was good, well kept and peaceful. Lovely to see the wildlife. Facilities in the park were good, reasonably priced bar overlooking the lake, food in the restaurant was nice and again reasonable. The lodge was a good size and had lots of amenities. Kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook properly. Inbuilt fridgefreezer didnt seem to be working effectively believe this is a known fault as there is a randomly placed standalone fridge which is in the way. Beds comfy and bedding fine, toiletshower room perfectly serviceable. Furniture outside good. The dining table is dangerous. The veneer is peeling causing sharp edges which we caught on you couldnt let a child eat at the table and it meant sitting in living area to eat. The hot tub was clean and filled, however only half the jets were working and the paving around the steps into it are very lose. Wardrobes, not enough hangers and filled with Christmas decorations. Suggest a blanket in seating area and a lamp for the evenings. Overall would stay at this location again but not this property

The property was excellent we really loved our stay we shall 100 re visit
Lovely and comfortable lodge, needs a few minor touch ups I. E hot tub lid kept flying up as the clips were broken on both sides, the vinyl on dining room table and bathroom sink was ripped, couple of the skirting boards in the bathroom looked rottenmouldy and the curtains in the lounge area were dirty, I think from the rain that seeps through the door. However it was a lovely lodge, clean, just what you needed for a few days break away. Would definitely return.

Stayed here for Christmas and was perfect! The lodge was very clean and dog friendly which was great for us. Nothing was too much from the owners and they even left us a welcome package on arrival. Highly recommend and have even booked again
I really enjoyed everything about my stay, it was great and it was very clean.
Overall a lovely stay. Just a shame that recent reviews showing current problems hadn't been acknowledged ie lights not working in twin bedroom, all external doors need some alterations to close easier. The main fridge freezer needs replacing as the fridge doesn't keep to temperature and the freezer compartments are broken. Presumably why there is a spare fridge freezer in the kitchen. These little repairs could make a big difference to future bookings

Hi we had a really nice time but I feel you have a few maintenance issues. Blinds in bedroom were all stained and broke, curtains in living room were all stained too, toilet seat was badly fitted, double bedroom door handle was broke and the settee needs a good clean I am sorry but it may seem like we have high standards but the furniture wasn't clean also the cushions, the hot tub was lovely but clips were broke and with the wind half of the cover kept blowing up and we had to keep going out and putting it back on. If these issues were resolved we would definitely return as it was a really good price and despite the issues we had a good time. Thank you
Disappointed with the maintenance of the hot tub during the week, other properties we have stayed at have always had a daily visit or had tablets which could be put into the tub. Apart from that a really nice stay.
We all really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a short stay.

As previously mentioned, shower pressure is very low and the door frame in the bathroom requires attention. The blind in the twin room is broken and overall cleanliness isnt great. That said, we enjoyed our stay and the kids particularly loved the hot tub.

Lovely property. Door handle was faulty but other than that gorgeous stay and will re book. Lovely facilities, hot tub great. Lovely for dog stays. All utensils, pots provided
Lovely stay at Christmas, property was clean had plenty of space and all needed facilities to have a comfortable stay. Even had some welcome gifts and a tray for the turkey left for us. Not used as my trusty friend ninja came with me

Stayed for 3 nights in December with my boyfriend, when we arrived it was lovely snowing and icy and the heating was on which was lovely with christmas decor! Unfortunately we figured out that the pipes had frozen up so we had no water luckily we had the hot tub owner came down quickly and gave us alternatives, it was of course no fault of his own and we really wanted to stay with the hot tub so he had a plumber sort the pipes the next morning. Owner came with water bottles for us, he also kindly gifted my boyfriend some rum while we were out! It was a lovely and cozy stay overall, didnt want to leave! Easy check in and out! The owner handled everything so well! Cant wait to visit again

Amazing property, lovely setting and jacuzzi is so good! Beds are comfortable and living areas clean and tidy. Only note is the shower, temperature control is no good and pressure is hit and miss. Otherwise HIGHLY recommend!
Loved are stay was a lovely lodge and the hot tub was fantastic probably one of the best Ive been in. Only a couple of let downs the bathroom could of been a bit cleaner I think some of the wood on the door frame is rotten where it has got wet and the bed in the main bedroom is not very comfortable unfortunately definitely time for a new mattress. But more good points then bad kitchen was fantastic the living are was nice with a large tv. WiFi was great Ive already looked at booking again for early next year. Thank you

Its a beautiful caravan, exactly as on the pictures. Unfortunately the previous feedback were correct and not much improvement has happened beside the fridge working now.The level of cleanest was really low. I know its pet friendly caravan but the level of pets hair on all the carpets was unreal. We couldnt put away clothes as the drawers were dirty with hair etc. There was not enough towel so glad a read this before and we brought our own.Things on patio were damaged on our arrival so i reported that just in case. The hot tub was beautiful but also not clean. It was a shame because its such a beautiful surrounding and nice decorated caravan with so much potential it just needs a bit more TLC.
Location and setting perfect for visiting the lakes and the seaside. Property is spacious and suited a family of 4 plus a dog. Playground situated behind the property which really suited our needs too. Two good sized fridges really beneficial. Hot tub was clean and at temperature by the evening of our first stay. A great holiday had by all.

Great stay in a lovely part of the world. The complex was really quiet and relaxing. See I couldnt recommend this property highly enough.
The lodge was nice and comfy. We enjoyed our little holiday. Definitely recommend to stay here.
The cleaning had not been done on arrival. The cot and high chair were not at the lodge. The high chair had to be asked for again after cleaning. It arrived later. The blind in the small bedroom was broken unable to use. The door handle on the main bedroom was broken. The second bedroom was too small for two adults. More suitable for children. On suite was toilet and sink. One shower in main bathroom. Still waiting on reimbursement for drinks which we were told would happen if I emailed the receipt, which I did. This was while we were waiting for the cleaner. The owner came with chocolates and Prosecco on our last night. Very kind of him. I told him about our experience, he said he would address this complaint. The rest of the lodge was quite pleasant. Nice patio, jacuzzi. Lake was nice and facilities.
Need to accommodate more towels for the two night stay only as they just was not enough to keep for hot tub and showering , also they had an ironing board but no iron then finally was a case of the double bed was just no where near comfy enough as springs can be felt when lying on them which leaves you feeling sore the next morning ! would recommend but think basics can be improved
Charlotte
Really nice lodge in a great location, lovely quiet camp and really helpful owner. Thanks
Natasha
Overall everything was great just a few things like toilet seat broken and fridge and freezer not very cold had to throw food away. Apart from that we had a great week. Also says pet friendly but had no gate
We very much enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. It was very spacious, clean and had good facilities, including a hot tub, ready to use. The park also provides good service when called upon for help with a broken toiletseat. Would definitely recommend this park and holiday home.
The fridge is broken all the food went off. We did try call, milk was going off the same day we bought it and we had to throw our food out and just bought as we needed. Other than that we loved our stay and will definitely be returning.
Beautiful place would definitely go again owner was very friendly
Good time had by all Fridge not really working to its best and had to waste ... Good time had by all Fridge not really working to its best and had to waste some fresh food but apart from that no real issues
The accommodation was lovely. Clean tidy and very well equipped. Hot tub and garden furniture was well used by us throughout the week. Great location. Would highly recommend.

This was in a lovely , quiet area. Beautiful grounds. The property was clean and tidy. Although we did find the previous persons stuff in the bathroom cupboard. Having said that we missed a whole cupboard in the kitchen when we left!!!! It could benefit from a deep, sparkle clean when time permits. There were a few bits that needed attention , like toilet seats a bit wobbly. Blind in bedroom was broken and it really could do with the terrace being enclosed somehow to keep the dog in, but these didnt spoil anything. We had a visit from the owner who left chocs and fizz which was lovely. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay in the kitchen and I cooked a couple of nights. Be careful when using the washing machine as it shakes the whole kitchen, make sure the cupboards are closed when its in spin cycle!!! WiFi was excellent. Smart tvs a bonus. I would have liked a hoover though as with having a small , black dog , I usually hoover every other day at home as dog hair is a nuisance and I like to keep on top of it. The hot tub was FAB It gets the sun for most of the day. Only draw back was no where to hang your towel. So a couple of hooks would be great. Some of the other properties has a gazebo over the tub which we thought was a great idea. We used the tub every evening after long walks through the day which was just so relaxing The pub across the road had decent food , a really nice outdoor space overlooking the lake, and was somewhere close. The Lancaster Canal was 10 min walk away , and we loved the walk to the Longlands Hotel 1520 min with its marina and The Canal Turn pub 11.5 hours walk There is loads to do and see , if you just do your research before you go. There are roads without footpaths tho . So probs not great with small children. There is not a supermarket within an hours walk. There are a few in Carnforth 10 min drive Overall a great ,sunny , light and airy lodge close to Morecambe Bay and I would defs go back. We really enjoyed it.
Very clean and comfortable. Both toilet seats require a bit of work as they are loose. We took a crusty loaf with us but the lodge did not have a bread knife. Hot tub was great. Our satnav would not accept the post codes and there was not any maps available. Reception not very helpful. Took us a while to find that lodge was on the other side of the road. The worst thing is the so called dog walk which is a dumping ground for waste equipment and building material. Not a lot to do in the local area.
We had a lovely stay at Lily's Lodge Yealands 36. It was very clean and modern and the owner was so helpful when we couldn't get the heating on. Even when we had sorted it, he went that extra mile, calling in to check all was okay and to replace a mattress. Sykes were also very helpful and phoned us to check we were sorted. The hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed the warmth of the water on a chilly night watching the stars with a glass of bubbly in hand. The lodge is situated on a lovely peaceful site and is very handy for the Lakes and Carnforth town centre where we enjoyed nice meals and picked up some shopping. When the weather changed, we were able to relax in the lodge and watch films on Netflix. A lovely stay all in all. I would definitely book again and would highly recommend.
We stayed at Lilys lodge for three nights and we were very impressed. The lodge itself was just as described, extremely clean and spacious. We travelled there with our 6 month old baby, and our dog. The lodge had a very homely feel about it, and although we were there in December it was lovely and warm. The hot tub was also a lovely touch, and worked perfectly. We stay at holiday homes on a regular basis and this one has to be up there with the best lodges weve stayed at. We met the owner who was very pleasant and came to check that everything was ok. The only problem we had all weekend was that we arrived in darkness on Boxing Day, and the reception was shut. The holiday home itself is not in the main park where the bar and restaurant is, it is in the Yealands holiday park on the other side of the main road. We had to ask someone random on site as to where it was, who turned out to be the warden thankfully. Might be worth putting a map and X marking the lodge for guests in future But 1010 stay from us! We will be back!!!!
