This was our second stay at Woodland View and it wont be our last. There really is nothing not to like, beautiful location, extremely well appointed and comfortable accommodation. The owners are really lovely people who make sure everything is as it should be but leave you to get on with your holiday too. Particularly love having the hot tub and sauna which is totally private and all under a glass conservatory with a heater, makes it possible to enjoy even in the winter months after a day out walking. Very lovely weeks stay in a converted loft space between Catterick and Richmond. Plenty of room with the added bonus of the Jacuzzi and sauna.

Woodland view is a lovely comfortable modern apartment. Angie and Alan were brilliant hosts welcoming and friendly. They even offered us a lift into Richmond town centre if we needed it. We had pleasant walks into the town roughly 25 mins. We especially enjoyed the garden and hot tub beautifully maintained as was the property. The prosecco chocolates and flowers also a nice touch . Woodland view is a beautiful place it had everything we needed the property was very clean and we were provided with plenty of towels along with dressing gowns and slippers soaps toilet rolls and shower products tea coffee & sugar even our own parking space which was on the property where we were staying we arrived to a lovely welcoming surprise of flowers prosecco and chocolates. Angie & Alan have thought of everything to make woodland view a lovely place to relax the hot tub was great they also have a sauna and we loved the glass covered garden room and furniture & being able to look out on to the amazing wood and surrounding area along with the sheep & lambs in the field. The garden was private and we sat out on the bench watching the sky at night changing colour as the sun was going down we have made some wonderful memories at woodland view Angie & Alan have been very kind thank you both so much for making our holiday memorable we have had the best time love to you both Sue & Dave.XX

Excellent high standard accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Prosecco, chocolates and a vase of fresh roses on arrival a nice touch. The Station a 20 minute walk away with cafe bar, sweet shop, bakery and cinema was a nice place to frequent. Eager to return.

Loved everything about Woodland View. A beautiful apartment inside and out . Fresh flowers and prosecco from the owners on arrival was a lovely touch . They even offered to take us into town if we needed a lift in the evening . The hot tub was a godsend after a day out walking .

The Woodland View was modern, clean and tranquil. The garden was quiet and well maintained. Its not far from Richmond market square with lots of places to eat and a number of craft shops. We had a great holiday.

Absolutely stunning property and surroundings, two minutes from Richmond town centre, but still in a countryside setting. The hot tub is set in a glass canopy with sliding doors which werent on the pictures. This makes it cosy even on a cloudy day. The hosts were very friendly but left you to relax in your own space. The accommodation is above a large garage so is not above another dwelling which was nice. All in all a hidden gem which we hope to return to at some point.

This place is just fantastic the attention to detail, the home comforts made our stay wonderful It's so quiet and calming and the use of a sauna and hot tub were the icing on the cake for us. As we lead busy lives it was lovely to be able to fully relax and unwind here which we did every afternoon of our stay. I loved our stay at the Woodland view. So much so we are going back in a couple of weeks. We walked into the beautiful cottage to some beautiful roses, which were a lovely touch. Everywhere was spotlessly clean & beautiful done. The hot tub area was amazing. I could have stayed in there all night. The Sunrise was out of this world just sitting in our own little garden area with a cup of coffee. I would 100 recommend Woodland View to all my family & friends.

Very clean and comfortable which made for a wonderful stay. Amazing place! Weve just stayed in Woodland View for 4 nights and loved it! The owners have paid attention to detail which makes it a fabulous little place to stay. It has everything you need plus the hot tub and sauna which looks like a mini spa!. Prosecco on arrival, plenty of towels, robes, flip flops, comfy bed and well equipped kitchen.

Woodland View is a little gem of a holiday cottage. The accommodation is perfect, equipt with everything you could possibly need, beautifully decorated and a really comfy bed.
