The Nordic Lodge Reviews

Honestly, the place was stunning - photos don't do it justice, it's way bigger than it looks. The only real issue was the mattress on the king-size bed in the main bedroom. It was only about five inches thick, so on the first night, we could feel every slat underneath. We ended up swapping beds with our twin girls for the rest of the trip. Sorry kids! Apart from that, we couldn't find anything else wrong with it. The wife even joked that if we won the lottery, we'd buy one just like it. It's a lovely spot!

We had such a great stay at The Blue Lodge! It's a really chilled spot with plenty of room to unwind and just relax. The veranda's perfect for watching the birds while having a drink or a bite. After climbing Roseberry Topping, the hot tub was a real treat. The onsite Bistro was lovely too. Can't wait to try the spa next visit - definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed the peaceful setting and spotless cabin, will return again!

We loved the peaceful setting, perfect for exploring local walks and sights. The lodges were spotless and well-equipped, offering privacy while still being close to the on-site bistro and amenities. Definitely a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay at this lodgeand the location couldn't be better. Arriving on Monday, we quickly realised there's plenty to do nearby. My daughter, who's 12, said it was one of her best holidays ever! We explored Whitby on Tuesday, enjoyed Flamingo Land on Wednesdayand on Thursday, we climbed Roseberry Topping before trying outdoor go-karting. Ohand the fish and chips in Whitby are definitely worth a try - so good!
