A fabulous stay this May half term at snowdrop cottage!! Was like a home from home with the addition of a hot tub!!!! All you could need as a fabulous base for exploring the local area with Castle Howard on doorstep and Nunnington Hall as well as Malton and Pickering (where we caught the train to whitby). The decor is gorgeous with a fab shower, great kitchen full of aray of pots, pans and utensils, perfectly warming lounge area and very comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed a breakfast one morning at Doug cafe and fabulous cakes taken away for lunch and would defo reccommend! We ate at the pub one evening but on a future visit would be more likely to try other pubs outwith the village. All in all a great stay and would love to return to snowdrop in the future!!

Wow! What a fantastic cottage situated in a quaint little village 25 minutes drive from York centre. The interior design is stunning. Lots of lovely little touches to make our stay extra special. The hot tub was perfect, and the dressing gowns provided really helped. Highly recommend the crown and cushion pub across the road. We never struggled to park right outside the cottage. Everything we wanted from a relaxing break and a good base to explore.
