Pinecone Lodge is a superb place to stay in. We all had a fabulous time. Very central for our visits to whitby, scarborough and visiting our friends. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Lodge, lovely quiet and peaceful location. Everything we needed and the hot tub was a joy. We really enjoyed our chilled weekend away. The owner stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed which was lovely and the welcome hamper was an added bonus.

Genuinely one of the nicest lodges I've ever stayed in. So many lovely little touches, fresh flowers, a hamper with treats for myself, the kids & the dog! The friendliest host who couldn't have been more helpful when I lost the keys & broke my phone charger within the space of 10 minutes... Whole place was so clean and had absolutely everything we needed including towels galore which quite often places don't have.Lovely pub (The Dawney Arms) 5 minutes drive away into the next village. Great location, only 20 minutes from the coast. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
