High View Barn is a spectacular six-bedroom holiday lodge in Cumbria, at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. This massive property sleeps up to 16 guests with luxurious super-king and king-sized beds throughout. The open-plan living area features a central woodburning stove and leads to a games room with pool table on the mezzanine level.

Set in an enclosed garden with jaw-dropping countryside views, you'll have plenty to explore. Walk straight from the door to Cautley Spout waterfall or drive to Sedbergh (3.5 miles) for shops and pubs. The full-size bowling green in the garden will keep everyone entertained before you sink into the enormous hot tub that fits 10 people. Yes, TEN.

The accommodation is spread across two floors with two ground-floor bedrooms (one king with sofa bed, one family room with two singles and superking). Upstairs has four more bedrooms: three with superkings (one with sofa bed) and one king. All six bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms - no queuing for showers here!

Diane was a great host and always got back to any emails promptly and recommended local suppliers to use. Would love to return.

Stunning property, clean and well equipped.

The house was amazing, the sound system was an added bonus. Kitchen was very well equipped, welcome pack was a loveky touch...the little touches made it feel like home. We did take our own comfy garden chairs so we could go to top end of garden and enjoy the view. But was without a doubt one of the best properties we have rented.

We had a fantastic time at High View Barn. Location outstanding. Comfortable beds, large rooms etc. Only feedback would be that, considering the size and potential number of guests it would benefit from extra dish cloths, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs. Also control of individual room temperatures would be ofbenefit and a couple of the towel heaters were not working. These are minor items for feedback to the owner but didn't detract from our overall enjoyment.
