High Fellside Hall Reviews

Fantastic house and facilities.
Patricia
Fabulous house located in peaceful hills near to sheep and tiny lambs. From 18 of us we had 17 staying in the house at any one time and we fit comfortably in the dining room or at the pool area when we wanted to be together then had lots of space round the house for alone time too! We had an amazing holiday at the beautiful High Fellside Hall and now planning our return trip!
Another Fantastic Break at High Fellside Diane gave a very warm welcome. Thank you for the gorgeous welcome gift Top quality immaculate accommodation. Pool and sauna perfect temperature. We love the amazing scenery. A truly special place Cant wait to return Thank you
We had such a lovely stay here for my younger brothers 21st birthday, it was a great location for all ages from 4 to 94! !! Diane left some lovely balloons for my brother and such a lovely full welcome box of treats, these little things really do mean a lot. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and hopefully we will be back one day, everyone fell in love with the property. Thank you so much for having us! xxx
We enjoyed our long weekend at High Fellside Hall enormously. The house is truly on another level of luxury and comfort. The property was spotless when we arrived and Diane was so accommodating ensuring we had everything we needed for all the party. The pool is exceptional and was enjoyed by everyone. We were planning our return visit before this one was over! Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful memories.
Photos dont do the property justice. Absolutely incredible & the swimming pool leisure suite is a real treat. We felt like we had the luxury of staying in a hotel but just ourselves. Diane is an excellent host, lots of treats left. Thank you.
This was our 2nd trip back to High Fellside Hall and it is still as amazing as we remember! Great facilities so even when the weather isnt great it doesnt matter. Rooms comfortable and clean. Views incredible! We hope to return for a third trip!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family getaway. We took my mum with late stage Alzheimers and dad who has mobility issues and both were very comfortable in the ground floor bedroom and at the large dining table with room for everyone. My sister has 9 children ranging from age 720, and they enjoyed using the facilities, especially the swimming pool and playing in the grounds. We wouldve like to have stayed longer! My daughter is training to be a chef, so she was cooking for everyone. The kitchen was amazing and had everything she needed. Utensils and equipment were all high end and we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and towels and bedding were clean and very good quality. We had a lovely time. Some of the TVs had remotes missing. We found a sock and power bank behind furniture when we were looking for the remotes!

High Fellside is a beautiful property in a stunning location which is immaculately presented. We have stayed in a number of feature properties across the country over the years and I would genuinely say this is the best one yet. The facilities were perfect for a large group and the attention to detail to cater for a large parties was very well thought through. The owners of the property made the stay perfect great communication, friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Some of the hand soaps were empty so it would be good to ensure they're all full ... Some of the hand soaps were empty so it would be good to ensure they're all full before each rental, other than that 1010

Hi Diane, thank you for a fantastic weekend at High Fell side Hall, we had a a wonderful weekend. Amazing location with lovely views and fresh air. Amazing facilities, really relaxing place. The pool was absolutely brilliant and we loved it and we were all very chilled. I would recommend this place for anybody wanting to have a celebration with friends and family, or just go because you can and enjoy it, was brilliant.

Absolutely stunning house. Beautiful location, well set out, with great space in every room to relax. We were a team of 16 colleagues and the sleeping arrangements were great, ensuring everyone had their own space! We found that we didn't want to leave the property apart for a gentle walk, as the facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed making use of the pooljacuzzisteam room and sauna! Great communication with the host, and the neighbours young lambs with their mothers were just the cutest thing to see each morning. Would highly recommend.
Ms Lisa Fallon
The house more than met our needs as a large group including 7 young children of various ages. The indoor pool was the main feature for us to have it within the property itself was amazing. We didnt have great weather, so we used the pool a lot, sometimes twice a day. The size of the pool was perfect and having so many inflatable toys to choose from was a treat for the kids and us adults!. The kitchen was fully equipped for a large group and we cooked, and baked, every day maybe another sieve and large colander to be provided would be my only suggestion. The welcome box of treats was also a lovely treat and gesture, which we appreciated. The rooms were laid out well and having such beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, with the lambs and sheep, were breathtaking. We also went on a few walks from the house with the children and they loved seeing the lambs up close. The owner was very responsive to my queries before our stay and also when we had a few issues on the first day. Someone came to rectify the issues straight away. I fully recommend this house and I hope one day we will return.
