Part of a small complex of properties set on a farm in a tranquil rural location, the cottage features a soothing hot tub, stylish furnishings and beautiful open views towards Roseberry Topping. Providing cosy, airy and spacious accommodation for up to two guests, this cheerful holiday home also has acres of surrounding fields and grounds for you to explore. This spacious retreat has a large and airy lounge/diner with comfortable seating, a TV and a delightful dining area, with big windows and bifold doors allowing plenty of light in. Internal double doors lead through into the equally generous open-plan kitchen/diner which has additional seating, a stylish central breakfast bar and ample equipment for rustling up romantic meals for two. Exploring further, you will find a beautiful, light and relaxing super-king-size bedroom with a charming en-suite shower room. From the lounge, the large bifold doors open onto the terrace of the enclosed garden which wraps around the property. Featuring outdoor furniture and a refreshing hot tub, this is an ideal space to settle back, dine alfresco and take in the glorious views of the surrounding moors. The property sits in a peaceful spot in the idyllic hamlet of Little Broughton, with the historic town of Stokesley to the west (3.5 miles). Home to Englandâ€™s largest one-day agricultural show â€“ held annually since 1859 â€“ Stokesley also has regular markets and a choice of great pubs and restaurants. Walkers, climbers and nature lovers can head to the north-western corner of the North York Moors, with landmarks and attractions including Captain Cookâ€™s Monument, Ingleby Incline, The Wainstones and Whorlton Castle all within 10 miles.

We had such a lovely stay at this cottage! We've visited the estate before, but never stayed in this particular place. It really felt like a home away from home - cosy, stylishand spacious with a modern touch. The gardens are stunningand our dog loved every minute, especially the huge dog walking field we could use. We even saw a hare, owland some migrating geese, which was a bonus. Already booked again for April - can't wait!

The garden is huge and perfect for our dogs, though one managed to squeeze through the fence chasing a chicken-bit of a scare! The field nearby for walks was a bonus. There's nothing quite like ending your day with a dip in the hot tub, sipping something bubbly while watching the sunset over the stunning landscape. We just had a wonderful relaxing break! Grace View is such a lovely cottage. Unlike many others aimed at couples, it's spacious and light with loads of room for us and our dogs. The large fenced garden was great - although when we met the owners dog, we found out ours could jump higher than we realised! The kitchen is well equipped, the sofas are comfyand the bed is enormous. The hot tub was an extra treat! We're definitely booking again for another escape from the daily grindand we'd highly recommend it.
