Claire was really friendly and kept us updated about the weather, which was handy given the snow and rain. The house stayed warm and comfy, even without needing to light the logs. The gardens looked lovely with a BBQ and hot tub, though we didn't get around to using them because of the weather. The hob was a bit tricky at first, but it was just user error.
